1tablespoondried parsley
1tablespoondry mustard
½tablespooncelery seed
½tablespoondried basil
3teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoondried oregano
½teaspoondried rosemary
½teaspoonumami seasoningsee notes
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a pint sized mason jar, put the lid on and shake well.
Keep in a cool dry place, should keep for at least 6 months. I use 1.5-2 tablespoon per pound of meat. If making a vegetarian or vegan stew, use the same amount per pound of veggies/beans/lentils. Play around with the amount of seasoning to your liking!
